Adding a new product
Adding a new product to your store is simple and only takes a few minutes.
- Click +Add New Product:
Enter the name, descriptions, and other product details: Here you will also be able to create product variations, enter the SEO ect.
Click Save.
Click Preview Product to see how this product will look in your online store.
To add a product to your store via the iOS app
From the My e-Shop app, go to Products.
- Tap + in the right upper corner to add a product.
- Add images, enter the name, and price. Then tap Add product.
- Enter other product details
To add a product to your store via the Android app
From the My e-Shop app, go to Products.
- Tap + in the right bottom corner to add a product.
- Enter the name and price. Then tap Add product.
- Add images and enter other product details.
Duplicating Products in Your Premium eCart
When you add several products with many similarities, duplication can help speed up the entry process and save you time. By copying a product, you can modify specific changes instead of repeatedly filling out the product information.
If you want to add options to a product, such as color or size, then add a variation to the existing product instead of duplicating the product.
When you successfully duplicate a product, you will have a copy of the original product. The only thing that will be different is the SKU, it is generated automatically since it must be unique.
To duplicate a product:
- From your store admin, go to Catalog → Products.
- Open the product you want to duplicate.
- Click Duplicate Product:
- Modify product details.
- Click Save.
Updating eCart Product Details
After you’ve created products, you can update them to change prices, images, descriptions or any other product details.
To edit a product:
- From your store admin, go to Catalog → Products.
- Click on the product you wish to change.
- Update product details.
- Save changes.
Saved changes take effect immediately in your online store and sync across all your sales channels.
Updating eCart Products in Bulk
You can update your product catalog in bulk using export and import. You can export the products you want to change, edit them in a spreadsheet and then re-upload them to your store using the import feature.
Once you’ve prepared your CSV file, you can import it into your store:
- From your store admin, go to Catalog → Products.
- Click Import Products.
- Click Choose file and select the CSV file from your computer.
- Select the delimiter used in your file (comma, semicolon, or tabulation).
- Select the character encoding used in your file.
- Arrange columns (drag and drop) to mimic your file:
Uncheck the columns that are not used in the file.
Use the Skip column option to exclude up to three columns.
Check the option Delete all products and categories before import if you want to clear the catalog before import.
This will delete all the products that are in your store. They will be replaced with the products from the CSV file you import.
Deleting Products From Your Premium eCart
You can delete a single product, or delete multiple products at once using a bulk action. When you delete a product, it’s permanently removed from the store. Deleted products can’t be restored.
If you run out of stock or no longer want to display a product for any reason, but don’t want to permanently delete it from your store, then you can Disable the product availability instead.
If you want to remove a product from a category, you can unassign the product from this category. If you want to remove products from the Featured Products section only, you should remove these products from the default Store Front Page category.
To permanently delete a product from your catalog:

From your store admin, go to Catalog → Products.

Choose a product you want to delete.

Click Edit Product, then select Delete Product:

Confirm you want to delete this product.
To delete several products at once (for example, sample products that are added to the store to show you examples of product setup):

From your store admin, go to Catalog → Products.

Check multiple products in the list

Click Bulk Update that appears above the product list :

Choose Delete Selected:
